By downloading, installing, or using FitForge AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitForge AI. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the App settings — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled per the platform store policy (Google Play / Apple App Store).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other users’ experience
• Share your account credentials

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Workout plans, meal plans, and AI Coach replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before acting on any AI-generated suggestion.

6. Health Disclaimer

Exercise involves inherent risks. FitForge AI is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, design, and AI outputs are owned by FitForge AI or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
